Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy

CrewBill offers a Free plan with three invoices per calendar month, Pro Monthly at $9.99 CAD per month, and Pro Annual at $99 CAD per year. The annual price saves $20.88 CAD compared with twelve monthly payments at the current listed price.

Renewal and payment

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the selected monthly or annual interval until cancelled. Stripe processes payments. Applicable taxes may be added where required.

Cancellation

You may cancel through the hosted billing portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Pro access normally continues until the end of the already-paid billing period, after which the account returns to the Free plan. Existing account records are not intentionally deleted merely because Pro ends.

After Pro ends

You can continue using the Free plan. If the monthly Free allowance has already been used, additional invoices are unavailable until the next calendar month or a new Pro subscription begins.

Refunds

Owner approval required before publication: Draft position — subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Billing errors or duplicate charges should be reported within seven days so they can be investigated.

Failed payments

Stripe may retry failed payments. Pro access may end when a subscription becomes unpaid, cancelled, paused, or expires.
