Privacy Policy

CrewBill collects and uses only the information reasonably needed to operate its invoicing service.

Information we handle

This includes account email and authentication information; company details; client contact details; invoice contents; service dates; line items; totals; notes; and generated PDFs. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, not readable passwords.

How information is used

We use this information to authenticate users, provide invoice features, generate and retain PDFs, enforce plan limits, support users, protect the service, and meet legal obligations.

Service providers

CrewBill is hosted on infrastructure located in Europe. When paid billing is enabled, Stripe processes payment and subscription information under its own privacy terms. CrewBill does not store full payment-card numbers.

Retention and deletion

Account and invoice information is retained while an account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for backups, dispute handling, security, and legal obligations. Account or data-deletion requests can be sent to hello@ryxen.ca. Some records may need to be retained where law requires it.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards including encrypted web connections, access controls, password hashing, tenant-scoped application queries, restricted PDF access, backups, and logging. No internet service can promise absolute security.

Access and corrections

Users can update company and client information in CrewBill. For access, correction, privacy, or deletion questions, contact hello@ryxen.ca.

Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
