Terms of Service

These terms govern use of CrewBill, a simple invoicing software service.

Your account

You must provide accurate account information, keep login credentials secure, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Your invoices and compliance

CrewBill calculates and formats information supplied by you. You remain responsible for reviewing invoice accuracy, keeping appropriate records, and meeting GST, tax, employment, contractual, and other regulatory obligations. CrewBill is not accounting, tax, legal, or payroll advice.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, upload unlawful content, or use CrewBill to violate another person's rights or applicable law.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep CrewBill reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, security incidents, infrastructure failures, or changes may occasionally affect access. Features may change where reasonably necessary to operate or protect the service.

Plans and termination

The Free and Pro plans are described in the Billing Policy. You may stop using CrewBill at any time. We may suspend access for misuse, security risk, non-payment, or material breach of these terms.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, CrewBill is provided without guarantees beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. CrewBill is not responsible for indirect, special, or consequential loss, or for business decisions, tax treatment, missed payments, or incorrect invoices based on user-supplied information. Any aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for CrewBill in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
